We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cold calling, outreach, and lead generation. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through various outreach methods, including email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and lead-generation efforts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to stay competitive.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, cold calling, and sales outreach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
