We're expanding our international client network and are looking for a Business Development Executive who's ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and connect with potential international clients through multiple channels.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with international clients, communicate project details, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Propose compelling, customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly growth and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in tech or digital services is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the confidence to lead professional meetings and negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Kohistan Tower, Saddar, Rawalpindi (On-site Position)

Shifts Available:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Gender Requirement: Both, Female and Male candidates.
