Key Responsibilities:-

Production Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the beverage production line

- Ensure production goals, schedules, and deadlines are met

- Monitor inventory and raw materials for continuous production flow

Quality Control:

- Maintain product quality standards

- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve quality issues

- Implement corrective actions when production problems arise

- Team Management:

- Supervise and manage production staff for performance and efficiency

- Train new employees and conduct safety training sessions

- Manage employee schedules for adequate staffing

- Process Improvement:

- Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency

  • Education & Qualifications:-

Degree: Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience:

8-10 years in a manufacturing or production environment (Beverage Production Preferred)
