Role Description

We are seeking a 
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Dispatcher

to join our team full-time at our 
Lahore office

. In this role, you'll be the key connection between our customers, drivers, and operations team. You will handle ride coordination, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every client enjoys a smooth, professional experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in 
    customer service or dispatcher

roles (transportation industry preferred)
- Strong 
communication and interpersonal

- Excellent 
problem-solving and conflict resolution

abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and computer skills
