Overview:

Menras is seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Assistant to support its growth and client engagement initiatives. The role involves assisting with business development activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and eager to build a career in a corporate environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — full training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases of leads, clients, and ongoing business opportunities
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
  • Conduct basic market or client research to support new business initiatives
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prepare simple reports, sales summaries, and tracking sheets when required
  • Take ownership of repetitive or time-consuming administrative tasks to support the business development team
  • Communicate professionally over email and assist with client and internal documentation

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional, fast-paced environment
  • A corporate mindset: reliability, punctuality, confidentiality, and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
