Assistant Manager Business Executive

Overview:
To engage active/inactive customers, drive sales growth, and lead a motivated sales team. The role includes client relationship management, team training, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and retain active and inactive customers through upselling, reactivation, and relationship management.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor new team members to ensure effective performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, regularly monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Identify and induct new customers to expand the business network.
  • Promote and market company products to maximize sales orders.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment recovery, and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Conduct regular customer visits within assigned jurisdictions and collect feedback on products or samples.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and service.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Meet potential clients, negotiate contracts, and address inquiries or special requests promptly.
  • Make visit calendar of all sales staff. Criteria will be decided by management.
  • To conduct regular field visits to customers for business follow-ups and relationship management.

Requirements

  • BBA (Marketing) required; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales/leadership experience.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ethical, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information.
