Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
● SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok).
● Content Creation: Collaborate with the content & creative teams to create engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media content, & email marketing content that align with marketing goals.
● Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
● Audience Targeting: Use data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to meet their needs and preferences.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
● Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Qualifi cations, Experience, Skills, Capabilities:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fi eld.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role - experience in DTC industries, especially in the US markets, is a major plus.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
● Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
● Proficiency in graphic designing and/or experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
● Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Marketo).
● Familiarity with web development and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
● Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Insights).
● Portfolio and proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns is required.
● Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
● Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
● Open to work in morning/night shifts as per the company's needs.
● Open to travel whenever required by the company.
● Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
