Lead Generation Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook

& Instagram), Pinterest, and Google My Business (GMB).

  • Managing and monitoring campaigns through Meta Business Suite, ensuring efficient

budget use and optimal performance.

  • Creating and testing ad copy and visuals tailored for specific audiences and objectives
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify

improvement opportunities.

  • Executing remarketing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with brand strategy and

marketing goals.

Lead Generation Specialist Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads that

support the company's sales and growth objectives. You will combine analytical thinking

with creative strategy to develop high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable

results. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of paid media, data

interpretation, and continuous campaign optimization.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, particularly through social media advertising.
  • Strong ability to track, measure, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated creativity combined with a focus on ROI and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and knowledge of digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with Ecommerce or Local Business marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or marketing automation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
