We're now looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to help us accelerate growth by identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients across tech, SaaS, and digital transformation markets.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging and sales strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Represent DevBeam in online events, networking communities, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and relationship management.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in
lead generation, sales, or business development
(preferably in tech or B2B services). - Strong understanding of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound campaigns
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude — proactive, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into clear business value.
- Bonus: Experience with startups, software agencies, or IT consulting firms.
