We're hiring a detail-oriented Lead Gen Specialist to find qualified prospects on LinkedIn and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork to book sales calls and win projects.

What you'll do

  • Build targeted prospect lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator (ICP + filters).
  • Send personalized connection requests & DMs (scripts provided, A/B test copy).
  • Qualify leads, book appointments, and log activity in our CRM/Sheets.
  • Track RFPs/Jobs on Upwork; write tailored proposals with clear value & CTAs.
  • Maintain daily KPIs and provide end-of-day summaries.
  • Continuously refine targeting, hooks, and templates.

Must-have skills

  • Proven LinkedIn prospecting experience (Sales Navigator).
  • Strong proposal writing on Upwork with measurable wins.
  • Excellent English (concise, persuasive copy).
  • CRM/Sheets proficiency; organized and metrics-driven.
  • Tools: Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo/Hunter/AnyMailFinder, Calendly, HubSpot/Sheets, ChatGPT/Grammarly.

Nice to have

  • Experience in web/design/marketing/IT services.
  • Cold email tools (Lemlist/Reply/Instantly) and basic list cleaning.

KPIs

  • Daily: X qualified prospects sourced, Y meaningful conversations started.
  • Weekly: Z booked calls, proposal win-rate improvement, pipeline growth.

Work terms

  • Remote, part-time/full-time (overlap 3–4 hrs PKT preferred).
  • Pay: monthly retainer + performance bonuses per booked show-up/closed deal.
