JOB TITLE: SALESMAN FOR POS SOLUTION

LOCATION: WAPDATOWN

SALARY: COMMISSION

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to retail, restaurants, and other businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in retail, hospitality, and other sectors for POS solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and explain key features and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and share insights with the team.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in software solutions, POS, or IT products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients in person.
