Required Client Management Executive (Textile Industry)

Our Client is looking for candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of "Client Management Executive (Textile Industry)". The ideal candidate will serve as the primary link between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth order handling from placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and build strong professional relationships.
  • Handle order negotiations and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Coordinate with the production team to monitor order progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure complete order fulfillment as per client requirements.
  • Work on ERP systems for order processing and tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain data reports using MS Excel for management and client updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in client management (preferably in the textile sector).
  • Strong skills in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
