We are looking for a detail -orientedand proactive Financial Admin to support administrative operations for anetwork of gas stations and retail stores across the United States. This role, based in Lahore, is part of a growing team that ensures smooth backendoperations, accurate reporting, and timely communication with U.S. -basedstakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management and ReportingMaintain and update daily sales, inventory, and operational reportsReconcile POS data with backend systems and flag discrepanciesGenerate weekly and monthly performance dashboardsAdministrative SupportAssist in vendor coordination, invoice processing, and documentationTrack compliance metrics and ensure timely submissions of required formsManage digital filing systems and ensure data accuracyCreate and maintain accounts for banks and insurance providers, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliationCommunication and CoordinationLiaise with U.S. -based store managers and vendors via email and callsHandle scheduling, follow -ups, and reminders for operational tasksProvide support during audits and inspections by preparing required documentationProcess OptimizationIdentify inefficiencies in reporting or admin workflows and suggest improvementsSupport implementation of new tools or systems for better data handling  RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldOne to three years of experience in administrative or analytical roles (retail or service industry preferred)Strong command of English (written and verbal)Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting toolsAbility to work U.S. business hours (night shift in Pakistan)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with POS systems, inventory software, or ERP tools is a plusOnsite role - Timings : 8pm - 5am
