Job Purpose
To drive the entire scope of QA & Compliance and lead dedicated personnels in ensuring NFL's quality control processes throughout the production and distribution of food products are robust and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities

Conclusively, the role will drive the QA & Compliance function and lead the team in developing frameworks and company guidelines and policies, ensure PSQCA requirements (Inspection, License renew, marking fee), trainings pertaining to GMP, FS, HACCP, TACCP, PRP etc. and lead the vendor development, WH/ distributors development & up-gradation as well.

  • Develop company guideline procedures and policies
  • Responsible for HO & all manufacturing sites system compliances & certifications
  • Responsible for tracking all kind of complaints within agreed timeline and ensure agreed actions compliance.
  • Responsible for PSQCA/ regulatory requirements (Inspection, License renew, marking fee)
  • Training GMP, FS, HACCP, TACCP, PRP etc.
  • Assist in vendor development, WH/ distributors development & up-gradation.
  • Lead all official company audits and visits
  • SEDEX Audit support
  • Support in system & process requirements for ID
  • Work closely with the relevant departments to ensure quality system policies and procedures are in place and properly implemented
  • Develop and update SOPs and work instructions that outline quality and compliance procedures for various aspects of production and distribution
  • Investigate and document non-conformances, deviations, and incidents with relevant department managers to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation related to quality compliance

Background Requirements
Education: Degree in Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Sciences.

Experience: 10-12 years relevant experience preferred.
