Company Overview:

Knowza Learning Solutions — the back-office partner of a UK-based organisation — is seeking a disciplined and results-driven professional to join our Lahore team (Jail Road).

Role Summary:

This role focuses on community engagement, coordination between UK and local teams, and supporting administrative and outreach activities to ensure efficient operations and effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with members of the Strivex community.
  • Manage online engagement platforms, handle member queries, and provide timely assistance.
  • Coordinate effectively between the UK-based management and the local team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in planning and organising the annual championship event and other community activities.
  • Oversee administrative and coordination tasks related to the Strivex online platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations for management.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication through emails, calls, and digital channels.
  • Manage and update project documentation using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Support marketing and outreach coordination activities related to community growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in coordination, communication, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.

Job Details:

  • Location: Jail Road, Lahore
  • Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
