
Sales Onboarding Executive

- Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors (primarily from China) to expand product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and vendor dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond promptly and professionally to vendor and customer queries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and growth opportunities.
- Provide input to improve platform processes and features for better efficiency.
- Take ownership of both business development and operational tasks to ensure platform success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with international vendors (Chinese supplier experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform tools, CRMs, or online marketplaces.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using e-commerce CMS or platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle parts industry.
- Understanding of cross-border trade and B2B marketplace operations.
