ecosystem, to build investor-ready products.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with strong experience in branding,
content marketing, and social media management for the US market. The ideal candidate
will have prior experience working in a tech company, understand the startup ecosystem, and
possess a mindset that resonates with founders, entrepreneurs, and investors.
You'll lead our early-stage marketing function, shaping ByteMage's brand voice, content
strategy, and digital presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Positioning
- Develop and maintain ByteMage's brand identity across digital channels (LinkedIn, website, blog, email, etc.).
- Craft brand messaging that resonates with US startup founders and tech entrepreneurs.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure all communications reflect our vision, tone, and credibility.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Research and write high-quality blog articles, social posts, and thought-leadership content focused on MVPs, startups, fundraising, and product development.
- Create copy for website landing pages, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and pitch decks.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with our GTM strategy.
Social Media Management
- Manage ByteMage's LinkedIn company page and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, short videos, carousels, and founder-focused stories to grow followers and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and iterate based on performance metrics.
Market Understanding & Outreach Support
- Understand the US startup landscape, ecosystem trends, and founder pain points.
- Coordinate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to align marketing campaigns with outreach efforts.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, incubator collaborations, and event-based brand exposure.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3–4 years of marketing experience in a tech company, preferably B2B or SaaS.
- Proven experience managing content and social media for US-based audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (in English).
- Solid understanding of the startup ecosystem, incubators, fundraising, and early-stage
- founder mindset.
- Experience with content scheduling tools, LinkedIn analytics, and SEO basics.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Ability to create and manage short-form video content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
