The Growth Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all aspects of digital marketing to drive measurable growth across Sprouto's brands. This includes managing SEO, social media marketing (SMM), paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of leading performance-based marketing strategies that deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital growth strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
  • Oversee email marketing and retargeting campaigns to engage leads and nurture customers.

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and SEMrush to measure performance.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

3. Content & Branding

  • Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure consistency across all digital assets and campaigns.
  • Contribute to content strategy, including blogs, ad copy, and website content, aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

4. Growth & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to maximize ad performance.
  • Identify and experiment with new channels or techniques to accelerate growth.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively for optimal ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, lead generation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for growth and measurable success.
