Job Title:

E-Commerce Manager (Amazon, eBay, Walmart)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store management, product optimization, advertising, order handling, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart

(titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing).

Monitor account health, performance metrics, and marketplace policies.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ranking.

Create, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns.

Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer service.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations team.

Analyze sales data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

Troubleshoot marketplace issues such as suppressed listings or policy warnings.

Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Walmart seller accounts.

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and marketplace algorithms.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple storefronts.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with product sourcing and FBA/FBM workflow.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Canva) for listing enhancement.

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
