Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our medical billing, digital marketing, and software development systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems across medical billing, digital marketing, and software development environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA and data protection standards.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement necessary upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Oversee data backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Implement and monitor security measures, including endpoint security and firewall management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software integrations and IT solutions.
  • Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of network and system management.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and general data security protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or MCSE are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37, Rs70,000.00 per month
