Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator, based in Karāchi. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing the switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, transferring calls to the appropriate departments, taking messages, and addressing customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Switchboard Operator skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and handling Switchboards
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
