Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Manager Admin (Utilities and Real Estate).
To oversee and manage all administrative functions related to
utility bill management
and
real estate matters
(including lease agreements, renewals, and property-related coordination), ensuring compliance with company policies and efficient resource utilization.
Responsibilities & Qualification :
- Monitor and manage all utility bills (electricity, gas, water, telephone, internet, etc.) for all offices and facilities.
- Ensure timely verification, processing, and payment of utility bills to avoid service disruptions.
- Maintain records of all bills and ensure reconciliation with finance on a monthly basis.
- Identify abnormal usage patterns and recommend corrective actions to reduce wastage and control costs.
- Coordinate with utility service providers for complaint resolution, meter issues, and service upgrades.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new locations based on operational needs.
- Ensure all agreements are properly documented, approved, and filed.
- Act as the point of contact for all admin matters related to utilities and real estate.
- Prepare monthly reports on utility expenses and lease status for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs related to utility management and property administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably with a focus on utility and property management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
