Overview of the Role

The Client Service Executive acts as a crucial growth driver for Eventura. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new clientele, developing existing leads into paying customers, and managing relationships and projects across our core services: BTL Activation, Event Management and Fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition & Lead Conversion

  • Aggressively pursue new clientele across target industries to expand Eventura's client base.
  • Proactively follow up on previous leads and outreach efforts to convert them into potential, active projects.
  • Work with the management team to prepare persuasive proposals, quotations, and pitch decks tailored to new clients.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and target companies for strategic outreach.

Project & Client Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for newly acquired clients, fostering strong initial partnerships.
  • Translate client project needs into clear, comprehensive internal briefs for the Creative and Execution Teams.
  • Coordinate the entire project lifecycle, ensuring client deliverables (Digital, BTL, Fabrication) are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage client expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and payment terms.

Financial & Administration

  • Manage project budgets and track all campaign expenses accurately.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain organized records of all client correspondence, contracts, and project files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    1-3 years of proven experience in Client Servicing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably within an Advertising, BTL, Events, or Marketing Agency.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
  • Project Management:
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Business Acumen:
    Driven, self-motivated, and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech Proficiency:
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
