
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and bid on potential projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- Draft customized and winning proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and project scope.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure client requirements are well-executed.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine bidding strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on leads, bids, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of online freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with IT services, web & app development, or software solutions is preferred.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
