We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving measurable ROI through paid media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, etc.).
  • Conduct audience research and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy, creatives, and CTAs.
  • Monitor campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other analytics tools.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and overall ROI.
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Create regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid social strategies.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation tactics.
  • Proficiency with analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and creative testing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with retargeting strategies and conversion tracking (pixel setups, UTM tagging).
