ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring energetic Recruitment Executives to build our internal teams.

You will NOT be selling products. You will be selling careers.

We are a 16+ year global BPO looking for "People Persons" who can spot talent, interview candidates, and fill seats for our fast-growing US campaigns.

The Package (Honest & Competitive):

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 (Based on Interview).
  • Shift: Evening Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM). Not a graveyard shift Sleep at home every night.
  • Growth: Path to Team Lead $\rightarrow$ Assistant Manager HR.

What You Will Do (The Mission):

  • Hunt Talent: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook Groups to find CSRs and Sales Agents.
  • Screen: Conduct initial phone interviews to check English fluency and vibe.
  • Coordinate: Schedule final interviews with Operations Managers.
  • Close: Release offer letters and manage onboarding.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 6+ Months in Recruitment OR Call Center Sales (We love sales pros who want to switch to HR).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken English (You are the first face of the company).
  • Tech Savvy: Can use Google Sheets and Job Portals efficiently.
  • Vibe: High energy, thick skin, and result-oriented.
