Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Visit retail outlets and field locations to ensure effective placement of promotional materials.
  • Engage directly with customers to promote product benefits and offers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to implement promotional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on promotional activities and sales feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales or promotional roles (1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willing to travel and work on-ground in a fast-paced environment.
