Intro:
We are looking for a diligent and motivated Assistant Accountant (Quick Books) to support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in various computer and accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Software & Tools:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Familiar with dedicated dashboard systems;
Accounting software (QuickBooks Online);
Familiar with QuickBooks payroll system.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years in accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
Basic knowledge of Pakistani tax laws.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
Proficient communication skills (English).
Preferred Candidate:
Knowledge of US taxation;
Proficient in Quick Books Online;
Able to communication with suppliers overseas.
