Enza Home is a globally recognized furniture and lifestyle brand known for its modern, stylish, and high-quality home solutions. To support our growing operations in Pakistan, we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Lahore team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily cash, bank, and petty cash records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/supplier accounts.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and management summaries.
  • Ensure accurate posting of journal entries and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
  • Monitor and report on company expenses to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).

(Master's degree or ACCA/ICMA/CA Inter will be a plus.)

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance (preferably in retail, furniture, or manufacturing sector).
  • Strong command over MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or SAP).
  • Good understanding of taxation (Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
