About the Role:
Our Sales function is highly structured and performance driven where everyone is an architect of their own career path. As the recruiting partner, we aim to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent. You ideally have worked in a SAAS startup/tech space managing high volume end-to-end recruiting and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profiles, and search calibration for our Sales teams
High volume full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for the sales org
Source and build strong talent pipelines resulting in a great top of funnel.
Consistently strive to exceed all aspects of the recruiting KPIs and individual targets
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment. SaaS/Tech sales focused recruiting for Go-to-Market and US customers is highly preferred.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
You are a natural people person and thrive on building a collaborative and supportive team environment
You have a strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the PK market
You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You should be able deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement working in a remote environment
This is a remote role, but you may be occasionally required to come to the office if/when needed
Work timing will be 12-9pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday
