SM Remote Hires – Business Development Executive – Real Estate & Recruitment (Remote
SM Remote Hires is an international recruitment and staffing agency that connects businesses with top remote talent across industries such as real estate, recruitment, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team and drive client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote sales and cold calling to generate new leads and close deals.
Identify and target potential clients in the real estate and recruitment industries.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase SM Remote Hires' solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on international clients (UK, USA, UAE, Canada, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in remote sales and cold calling.
Strong background in the real estate and recruitment industries (must-have).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.
Job Details:
Position: Permanent (Remote)
Work Hours: Flexible – target-driven role
Compensation: Competitive salary + commission structure
