We're looking for a Growth-Focused SEO & Marketing Specialist who can generate leads, traffic, and visibility using modern SEO strategies, AI-driven optimization, Local SEO (GBP), and inbound funnels.

Key Responsibilities - SEO & AI Optimization

  • Develop and execute AIO, AEO, SGO, AI Mode, and GEO strategies to capture visibility across Google, AI engines, voice search, and generative platforms.
  • Optimize for long-tail, conversational, and problem-solving queries that match buyer intent.
  • Implement entity-based SEO, structured data, and schema markup to strengthen brand authority.
  • Build content clusters and topical authority around high-value services.
  • Monitor and adapt to Google algorithm and AI search updates.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP)

  • Manage Google Business Profiles (GBP): verification, optimization, rankings, reviews, and reinstatements.
  • Execute daily GBP posting strategies (offers, updates, events, FAQs, highlights).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve GBP suspensions, duplicates, and access issues.
  • Improve GBP rankings through NAP consistency, local backlinks, citations, and directory listings.
  • Track GBP insights (calls, direction requests, website clicks, conversions) and improve lead flow.

Inbound Marketing & Content Funnels

  • Build and manage AI-optimized inbound funnels with blogs, whitepapers, guides, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Design conversion-focused lead magnets, CTAs, and nurturing sequences.
  • Map content to buyer journey stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Distribute content strategically across web, forums, niche directories, and partner sites.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Growth

  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and lead-gen assets.
  • Improve website UX, speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Identify and execute quick-win strategies for faster traffic and lead boosts.

Analytics, Reporting & Authority Building

  • Build dashboards to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead pipeline, and ROI.
  • Use tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Whitespark for insights.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive review generation & reputation management across GBP, Clutch, G2, etc.
  • Build backlink and authority strategies via editorial placements and industry directories.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 02 years of proven experience in SEO, Local SEO, and growth marketing.
  • Strong expertise in AIO, AEO, SGO, GEO, AI-mode optimization, and entity SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with GBP optimization, verification, reinstatement, and daily posting.
  • Proven track record in inbound lead generation and content-driven growth.
  • Familiarity with tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Whitespark, GMB Everywhere, GA4, GSC.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and CRO skills.
  • Ability to create scalable inbound funnels that convert into leads.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of multi-location SEO campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
