Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute YouTube SEO and content strategies
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for visibility
  • Analyze YouTube Analytics for growth insights
  • Boost retention via community engagement and trend analysis
  • Collaborate with editors and producers for consistent, high-quality output

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in YouTube channel growth / digital marketing
  • Proven success increasing subscribers & watch time
  • Skilled in YouTube Analytics, SEO, editing tools, Canva/Photoshop
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
