Overview

ABS International is hiring a data-driven YouTube Growth Specialist to own channel strategy, SEO and audience growth from our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C office. You will drive subscriber and watch-time gains using analytics, A/B testing and creative optimization for our international audience and BPO-backed content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies: titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, captions and thumbnails.
  • Use YouTube Analytics, GA4 and channel data to identify growth opportunities and improve CTR and watch-time retention.
  • Run A/B tests on thumbnails, titles and CTAs to lift impressions and retention.
  • Manage upload workflow and collaborate with editors (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and designers (Canva/Photoshop) to deliver optimized assets.
  • Monitor competitors and trends using TubeBuddy / vidIQ and feed insights into content roadmaps and publishing cadence.
  • Moderate community comments and implement engagement tactics that increase repeat viewership.

Qualifications (must / preferred)

  • Must: 2+ years in YouTube growth, video SEO or digital marketing with measurable subscriber/view or watch-time improvements.
  • Expert with YouTube Metadata, thumbnails, CTR optimization and retention tactics.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, GA4 and one or more tools (TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Ahrefs/Keywords tools).
  • Hands-on with Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva / Photoshop or close collaboration experience with editors/designers.
  • Strong analytical skills, proven A/B testing experience, and ability to work on-site night shift.
