Job Duties:

  • Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences on social media platforms, forums, and other digital pages.
  • Foster a positive and interactive community atmosphere by addressing comments, inquiries, and concerns promptly
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing audience sentiment and interaction trends and share with the department
  • Monitor and address potential PR issues or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve escalated issues effectively.
