Job Purpose:

  • Manage conventional CVM activities of the assigned portfolio and ensure CVM KPIs are delivered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design & monitor different BTL Campaigns through CVM Platforms
  • Pre and Post Analysis of Campaigns
  • Responsible for dashboard & report creation for higher management
  • Work across multiple technology tools to provide answers to business queries
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights to business users for early actionability
  • Ad-hoc analysis for specialized tasks assigned by business teams & management. Coordination with Segments, Pricing & other marketing teams to share actionable insights and ensure timely delivery of data
  • Continuously improve/automate campaigns
  • Analysis for all business problems for gap identification
  • Campaign Designing/Modification
  • Pre-Post Campaign Analysis
  • Campaign Monitoring
  • BTL portfolio management & CVM Reporting

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Computer Science or similar domain

Work Experience:

  • 1-2 Years

Skills – Generic:

  • Analytical Mindset
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Stakeholder Management Skills

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Knowledge of SQL, R/Python & other programming languages is preferable
  • Knowledge of Dashboard Creation tools
