We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resource Trainee to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain practical exposure to all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth communication, accurate records, and strong employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing orientation materials, job offer letters, and training schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, benefits, and contact information.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by tracking attendance, bonuses, and leave data.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, surveys, and take meeting minutes.
  • Support drafting internal HR updates and assist in implementing policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance in grievance handling and exit procedures.
  • Ensure all HR data is accurate, confidential, and up-to-date.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Public Administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of Pakistan labor laws (preferred).
