Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients through research, networking, and outreach


• Identify potential markets, analyze business opportunities, and create tailored proposals


• Pitch Dewon Studio's services including brand identity, web design, social media marketing, and content strategy


• Negotiate and close deals that align with client needs and company goals


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth


• Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to deliver projects successfully


• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to business strategy development

Requirements:


• Strong background in the design and marketing industry (agency experience preferred)


• Proven track record of client acquisition and deal closures


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment


• Creative mindset with business acumen to identify new opportunities


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
