Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital solutions such as responsive websites, eCommerce platforms, and custom web applications. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Understand client needs and propose solutions involving website development, CMS integrations, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to align deliverables with client requirements.

Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and sales documentation.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and client-specific technologies.

Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Performance Expectations

Ensure 100% accuracy in daily updates and website maintenance.

Maintain 99.9% uptime for client platforms and achieve website load times under 3 seconds.

Complete 95% of maintenance tasks and technical deliverables within specified timelines.

Deliver at least 90% of theme customizations within agreed timelines.

Ensure all custom-coded features pass functionality testing before deployment.

Respond to 95% of technical issues within 24 hours and resolve 90% within the same timeframe.

Achieve 100% bug-free deployments after troubleshooting and support updates.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to meet 100% of project goals.

Ensure 100% of third-party integrations are completed on time, with at least 80% user adoption within the first month.

Assign 95% of tasks to self or team at least 48 hours in advance to support smooth project execution.

Maintain 100% daily updates in ClickUp and keep Data Drive documentation complete and audit-ready.

Deliver 95% or more of assigned tasks and ClickUp deliverables on or before deadline.

Qualifications

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

.2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in digital or tech services

.Understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and eCommerce tools

.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

.Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp, Salesforce)
