Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using [EHR/EMR system].
  • Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and contact details.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to appointment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments via phone, SMS, or email.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate appointment needs and provider availability.
  • Ensure waiting area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and privacy standards.
  • Collect co-pays, issue receipts, and perform basic billing tasks as needed.
  • Handle patient complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated or currently enrolled in a degree programmed.
  • 1 to 2 Years of experience in a front desk, medical office, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in scheduling systems and EMR software (e.g., e-Clinical Works, Nextiva), Adobe(basic level).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, patient-focused demeanor with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Listening & Speaking).
  • Prior healthcare or clinic experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic insurance procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs110,000.00 per month
