BUSINESS ANALYST – JOB DESCRIPTION

Liquid Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic

team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and

technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements,

analyze processes, and facilitate the delivery of software solutions that meet our clients' objectives.

Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.


• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document functional and non-functional

requirements.


• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and other documentation.


• Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and workflows.


• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.


• Create process maps, data models, and other visual representations to communicate findings effectively.


• Work with development teams to design solutions that address business requirements.


• Provide input on system architecture, data models, and user interfaces.


• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.


• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project

stakeholders.


• Present findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.


• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.


• Define acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet

business requirements.


• Document test cases, perform testing, and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.


• Work with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.


• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.


• Participate in retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive

continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.


• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and requirements

engineering principles.


• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases,

process modeling).


• Experience with business process analysis, data analysis, and system design.


• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g.,(e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
