Real VA is a Lahore-based business development agency that partners with U.S. real estate investors and agents. We provide specialized support in cold calling, data management, customer service, SEO, and technical marketing.
We're expanding our Marketing team and hiring a Technical Marketing Specialist who will take full ownership of client websites and lead funnels. You'll start with Carrot websites but will grow into other platforms and tools , with a clear path to step into a leadership role and build your own team as we scale.
Why This Role Matters
Our clients depend on their websites and funnels to generate motivated seller leads, cash buyers, and lenders. This role isn't about "just building sites" it's about owning the digital presence of each client account and making sure every page, form, and funnel performs. If you're ambitious, technically sharp, and have leadership skills, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Carrot Websites → Build, customize, and optimize sites specifically for real estate investors.
- Lead Funnels → Create landing pages, opt-in forms, and automation workflows that drive leads.
- Optimization → Improve layouts, site speed, and page structure to increase conversions.
- Integrations → Connect websites with CRMs (REIReply, Podio, GoHighLevel, etc.) and email systems.
- Tracking → Set up Google Analytics/Tag Manager, monitor conversions, and prepare reports.
- Testing → Run A/B tests, troubleshoot issues, and roll out enhancements.
- Account Ownership → Be the single point of responsibility for assigned client accounts.
- Leadership Growth → Help shape this function and prepare to train and manage a team under you.
What You Need to Bring
Hands-on experience with Carrot websites (portfolio, links, or project summaries required).
Strong understanding of real estate lead generation websites & funnels.
Technical skills in landing page optimization (basic HTML/CSS is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools.
Experience setting up analytics & conversion tracking.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Availability to work during 6 PM – 2 AM Pakistan Standard Time (U.S. shift overlap).
