Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Technical Office Architect
to join our team in Makkah. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, detailed drawings, and technical documents, as well as supporting project execution with high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D visualizations for various projects.
  • Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure design consistency.
  • Review project specifications and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of experience in technical office work.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Makkah.
