Role Description

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our real estate referral network by building strong business relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and related industry professionals.

Responsibilities:


• Identify and approach potential partners within the real estate industry.


• Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships with agents, brokers, and agencies.


• Generate leads and onboard new members into the referral network.


• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demos.


• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for network growth.


• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors to offer innovative solutions.


• Ensure partner satisfaction and act as the main point of contact for support.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and Virtual Assistance Services is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous
