About Us

Zdigitizing LLC is a globally recognized provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services. We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a strategic and data-driven Email Marketer to take ownership of our email campaigns, automate marketing flows, and boost engagement with both new leads and existing customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns

Build and manage email automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, etc.)

Write engaging and conversion-focused email content and subject lines

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, interests, and purchase history

Perform A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Track and analyze campaign performance using email analytics and KPIs

Maintain and manage an email marketing calendar for timely execution

Ensure compliance with email regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Suggest improvements and new ideas to increase performance

Any other task assigned by management relevant to the role

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in:

Creating and optimizing automated workflows

Running conversion-focused campaigns

Email list segmentation and analytics tracking

Working with email marketing tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign

Requirements

Experience in running email campaigns and marketing workflows and funnels

Solid understanding of GoHighLevel or similar CRM/email automation tools

Basic knowledge of how email automation works

Good skills in organizing contacts into different groups

Able to read and understand reports and improve based on data

Good English writing and communication skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

System, Timing and Contractual Requirements

Laptop with minimum Core i5 and Windows 10

3–5 hours battery backup

Proper workstation

8 hours fixed duty per day

Not engaged in any third-party job or freelancing

Willing to sign a 1 to 2-year contract agreement
