About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential clients in the
UK market
. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the UK market using online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Bring clients to scheduled demo meetings.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients and track all activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Earn commissions on each client demo meeting arranged.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, networking, and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
