Role Overview

The HR Manager will primarily focus on talent acquisition, recruitment drives, and workforce planning, while also managing onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. We want someone who is confident, result-driven, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection).
  • Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct job fairs and walk-in interview drives for mass hiring.
  • Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll, and HR record management.
  • Address employee queries, resolve conflicts, and support engagement activities.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Partner with management to align recruitment with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR/Recruitment experience (BPO/Call Center industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, professional, and people-focused attitude.
  • Female candidates only.
