About the Role:

AMS Engineering is hiring a Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with degrees in Business Administration, Physics, or Mathematics to kick-start their career in sales and customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis when required.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
