We're Hiring: Sales Head

Location: Johar Town, Lahore | Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Contract Length: 12 Months

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 50,000/month + Incentives

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Handling inbound calls and responding to queries via Salesforce and social media
  • Following communication scripts and customer engagement strategies
  • Suggesting appropriate products/services based on customer profiles
  • Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Scheduling meetings between clients and career advisors
  • Meeting defined sales targets within set timelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Intermediate or Graduate education
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
  • A positive, target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Prior experience with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred
