If "ownership," "responsibility," and "customer obsession" don't scare you, keep reading.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for one of our client in the Beta phase. The CSM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention.Lead client check-ins, business reviews, and performance conversationsManage cross-functional coordination (ops, product, delivery, sales—everyone)Work with C-level executives and senior stakeholders like a smooth operatorIdentify expansion opportunities—upsells, cross-sells, renewals, the worksTurn problems into progress with fast resolutions and client-first thinkingTrack performance using Salesforce/GHL or similar CRMsProvide feedback loops to internal teams for product/service improvementsQualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsAnalytical Skills for data-driven decision-makingCustomer Retention and Relationship Building skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamExperience in account management or customer success roles is a plusBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldWhat You Bring1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Relationship roleStrong communication skills.
